The Wellness Tracker
Notes on habits and routines that I have actually kept, and several I have not.
Entries come from the monthly read, so there are rarely more than one or two a month and sometimes none. A quiet month usually means nothing in the sheet moved, which is the normal state of a habit sheet and not a failure of the site.
| Date | Entry |
|---|---|
| 12 March 2026 | My sleep window has drifted forty minutes later since November |
| 26 February 2026 | Two hundred days of a twenty-minute walk, and the three times it broke |
| 9 February 2026 | Twice a week is the honest number for strength work |
| 21 January 2026 | Moving the caffeine cut-off, and what the sheet did and did not show |
| Date | Entry |
|---|---|
| 4 December 2025 | Rebuilding an evening routine from one anchor instead of six steps |
| 16 October 2025 | What I stopped tracking, and why each column came out |
Entries from before October 2025 have come down. They were written when the sheet had nineteen columns and most of them were about columns that no longer exist, which made them confusing rather than historical.
